Rebecca Peterson, Human Resource & Office Manager

Rebecca Peterson came to Realtex Development with over 10 years of both public and private sector experience in affordable housing. Before coming to Realtex, Rebecca was on staff at the Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs where she was involved with programs such as the First Time Homebuyer Program, Underwriting and Nonprofit Capacity Building. Rebecca‘s background and extensive knowledge of both state and federal housing programs makes her a great fit for Realtex. Rebecca manages the Human Resource department which involves employee sign up, benefit enrollment and all other personnel related functions. In addition, she is the Office Manager for Realtex . Rebecca's training includes multiple finance, appraisal and real estate courses.
