Adrian Iglesias, Director of Development

Adrian Iglesias offers 11 years of specialized experience in Multifamily Residential Development. Adrian played an integral role in the development of 15,000 units for SWH Development under the State tax credit and tax exempt Bond Programs. Adrian manages his projects from concept to completion with careful collaboration. From site selection, feasibility, application, design, finance, and stabilization, Adrian ensures that yields are maximized, support is granted from civil leaders, and communities are enhanced.

As a member of the Young Leaders of ULI, Adrian advocates responsible land development. While examining design components by function and construction methods, he also appreciates the importance and value of a sustainable development. He is able to contend that projects remain economically viable while being environmentally responsible.
