Adrian Iglesias, Director of Development

Adrian Iglesias offers 15 years of specialized experience in Multifamily Residential development.  Mr. Iglesias has originated 1,400 units for Realtex Development throughout Texas, Mississippi, Louisiana, Illinois and Indiana, with total development costs exceeding $185,000,000.  Mr. Iglesias utilizes his knowledge of financing structures such as LIHTC, HUD, TCAP, USDA, as well as federal grants, state subsidies and partnerships to successfully procure these developments.

Mr. Iglesias manages his projects from concept to completion with careful collaboration. From site selection, feasibility, application, design, finance and stabilization, Mr. Iglesias ensures that yields are maximized, support is granted from civil leaders, and communities are enhanced. 

Prior to Mr. Iglesias joining the Realtex Development team, he acquired 11 years of experience with Southwest Housing Development and played an integral role in the development of 15,000 units in Texas, Colorado and Nevada.
