Joseph Barletta

Joseph Barletta was born in the heart of New Orleans Louisiana, graduated from De La Salle Catholic High School in 1999 where he would later go on to receive a full academic scholarship to Samford University in Birmingham Alabama to study engineering.  Along the way Joseph acquired a skilled frame-set in residential home building and would later receive his MBA in Business Law/ Administration from Texas State University in 2009. Within his studies Joseph focused on how modern corporate strategies are fused together with many innovative real estate management and development functions to produce high efficiency results in today’s competitive marketplace.  Since joining Realtex in 2009 as an Executive Administrative Assistant for the Vice President of Realtex Housing Management, he quickly gained extensive knowledge and experience in the affordable housing property management arena of both LIHTC and HUD properties.  In mid 2011 he received his HCCP Certification.  Given such achievements in a short period of time, coupled with his knowledge in finance and law, Joseph quickly advanced to becoming the Compliance Manager for Realtex Housing Management, LLC.  Joseph received his Eagle Scout award in 1997 and has been an adventurous spirit ever since.  He is certified in both skydiving & scuba diving and enjoys traveling abroad, deep sea fishing, skiing & cross training and is yet another unique addition to our organizations culture.
