Richard Davenport's background includes 5 years in public accounting practice with primary emphasis in auditing for construction entities and 15 years of multi-family apartment experience.

In 1988 Richard began his multi-family career with the Dinerstein Companies (DMC Management Co.) in Houston, Texas as controller. He then became Vice President of Asset Management in 1990 for the management company and accounting responsibility for the company's property portfolio and approximately 7000 apartments (including 5 LIHTC projects), 2 storage facilities and 3 student housing projects.

Richard joined Realtex Development Corporation in July 2005 as Corporate Controller, His primary responsibilities are to oversee all accounting functions and activities for the company, Including accounting for our construction subsidiary and current portfolio of 36 related development, general partnership and project and project partnership entities, The project partnerships include 6 operating, multi-family, LIHTC projects in various stages of construction.
