Harald Heer
Vice President of Construction
Harald Heer rejoined Realtex as Vice President of Realtex Construction, LLC, a subsidiary of Realtex Development Corporation, in November of 2014. Mr. Heer had previously graced the Realtex Team from the years of 2009 to 2012 where he served as a Project Manager overseeing the Texas region. He brings with him an impressive 17 plus year professional career in commercial, affordable, and multi-family construction fields.
Mr. Heer is responsible for the daily operations and oversight of all Realtex Construction projects. This further includes directing and coordinating all property construction operations and functions. Mr. Heer reviews all activities of the portfolio to ensure that financial and business objectives are achieved through successful initiatives and strategies that promote optimum
performance.
Harald’s broad range of work experience and extensive knowledge in the industry stems from a myriad of responsibilities and roles previously held. Prior to rejoining the Realtex team, Harald spent ten years serving as a Regional Project Manager for a large multi-family developer. During this time, Harald successfully completed 18 different projects totaling over 5,000 units consisting of garden-style apartments, student housing apartments, and single-family townhomes. In addition to his project management duties, Harald also played an integral role in project development, investor relations, and asset management.
Mr. Heer attained his Bachelor of Science in Construction Science from Texas A&M University in 1996.
