Hunter Cornelius
Project Manager
Hunter Cornelius joined the Realtex Construction team in August 2015 as Assistant Superintendent for a new development in Austin, Texas. In less than a year, Hunter was promoted to Project Manager. Native to the Austin area, Hunter brings many years of experience in the construction industry. He has been involved in many types of construction ranging from years in commercial sales, field work, and infrastructure.
As Project Manager, Hunter’s responsibilities include cost control, preparation and monitoring schedules, project administration, safety and risk management, develops and maintains budgets and timelines for various stages of construction, and bidding and negotiations with subcontractors, further including drafting of contracts.
